1 1/2 cups King Arthur Unbleached Cake Flour Blend
1/2 cup King Arthur All-Purpose Cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
2 large eggs, room temperature
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 cup chopped dark chocolate, optional
3/4 cup brewed black coffee
1/4 cup Irish Cream liqueur

Coffee Buttercream Filling

1 cup prepared Italian Buttercream Icing
1/2 teaspoon espresso powder
1 tablespoon water

Irish Cream Buttercream

2 cups prepared Italian Buttercream Icing
2 tablespoons Irish Cream liqueur
