  • 1 whole Vanilla Bean OR 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract OR 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Paste
  • 10 whole Egg Yolks
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons Superfine (Baker’s) Sugar
