  1. 12 Rhodes Dinner rolls or 8 Rhodes Texas Rolls, thawed to room temperature

  2. 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

  3. 8 ounces sliced deli corned beef

  4. 2 cups spinach, cooked

  5. 2 small potatoes, baked & sliced

  6. salt & pepper to taste

  7. 1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese

  8. 1 egg, beaten

  9. caraway seeds
